The Company complies with the Personal Information Protection Act and related laws of the Republic of Korea, and has established and published this Privacy Policy to protect users' personal information.</p><h2>1. Processing and Retention Periods</h2><p>The Company destroys personal information without delay once the purpose of processing has been achieved. After account closure, the review is no longer linked to the member and is shown with only the first letter of the name.</li><li>Wishlist: until the product is removed or the account is closed</li><li>Restock alert requests: 30 days after the alert is sent (deleted immediately if cancelled before the alert)</li><li>Per-recipient sending records of news e-mails: 30 days after sending</li><li>1:1 inquiries: 3 years after the answer is completed</li></ul><h2>4. Provision of Personal Information to Third Parties</h2><p>The Company processes users' personal information only within the scope of the purposes in Section 1 and does not provide it to third parties, except where the user has consented or where the law specifically provides otherwise.</p><h2>5. Entrustment of Personal Information Processing</h2><p>For smooth provision of the service, the Company entrusts the processing of personal information as follows.</p><ul><li>Logen (courier): product delivery (recipient's name, contact number and delivery address)</li><li>Toss Payments Co., Ltd.: payment processing (name and contact number of the person ordering, e-mail address and payment information)</li><li>Cloudflare, Inc.: website operation and data storage</li><li>Plus Five Five, Inc. Electronic files are deleted in a way that cannot be recovered, and paper documents are shredded or incinerated.</p><h2>8. Rights of Users and Legal Representatives and How to Exercise Them</h2><ul><li>Users may at any time request to view, correct or delete their personal information, or to have its processing suspended.</li><li>Members can edit their name, contact number and marketing consent, or close their account, on the My Account page of the website. When an account is closed, the member information is deleted immediately.</li><li>Other requests can be made to Customer Support by telephone or e-mail, and the Company will act on them without delay.</li><li>The Company does not accept membership registration from children under the age of 14.</li></ul><h2>9. Measures to Ensure the Security of Personal Information</h2><ul><li>Administrator access control: the administrator screens where personal information is processed can be accessed only by authenticated administrators.</li><li>Encryption in transit: all communication with the website is encrypted (HTTPS).</li><li>Password encryption: members' passwords are stored encrypted in a way that cannot be reversed.</li><li>Access records: records of administrator sign-ins and major changes are kept.</li></ul><h2>10.
